Hank The Tank, a 500-pound bear breaks into homes, “What do we do?”

It’s a real deal and it could also happen in Washington and Oregon.
A 500 pound black bear recently broke into homes in Lake Tahoe. Some houses Hank the Tank visited twice.
Some owners want Hank dead, while animal advocates say, “Not so fast.”
Can you imagine?
Lake Tahoe police had to scare the bear away several times to keep people safe. The Department of Fish and Wildlife has been dealing with burglaries for months. What are you doing? Do you kill the bear or catch it and release it somewhere else?
38 homes in the Tahoe area were burglarized by Hank.
Some people say they want the animal tracked and killed.
But what about animal activists? Why is relocation not an option? The Bear League says killing Hank is cruel and unnecessary. They hope the bear will be moved to a wildlife sanctuary.
